Chelsea Kaufman was very caring, thorough and made the exam easy for me. So was her nurse or assistant. The problem is in scheduling and getting inside the actual office for an appt.

My medical provider was a good listener and took my concerns and preferences into consideration, which I really appreciated. However, I felt that the care fell somewhat short when the outcome primarily led to a prescription without much deeper explanation. I would have valued more insight into why my body might be behaving the way it is, as well as guidance on additional approaches...such as lifestyle or supplement options that could support my symptoms. At times, I've found that online resources and AI tools have been more helpful in explaining the "why" behind my symptoms and in highlighting more holistic approaches that other women use to alleviate similar concerns. I understand that from a medical standpoint my symptoms may be considered mild, and I also recognize the time constraints and demands on providers. That said, I do feel that something is off in my body and I was hoping for a more holistic and personalized perspective especially from a leading institution.

Despite knowing how crazy busy this office is, it wasn't a rushed appointment at all and I felt truly cared for. Provider went above and beyond during this appointment.
