She was nice, but I wondered if she was okay, as I never saw her smile. Maybe she was preoccupied but I had hoped for at least one little smile. However, her assistant was ALL SMILES & just as sweet & even went out of her way to open the door as I was leaving on my walker! Love these ladies!
