Charlie is knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, and empathetic. She meets me where I am, explaining options and the possible out comes of my choices. The key here is the "my", my health, my body, my choices. Charlie respects my choices that I make around my care and treatment of a chronic disease I have been dealing with for 40 plus years. There is a level of respect that she brings to a visit that is lacking in most encounters I have with medical professionals

She lays out the options and I can make informed decisions about my treatment. I feel that I am respected and my decisions are honored.
