Charlie is knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, and empathetic. She meets me where I am, explaining options and the possible out comes of my choices. The key here is the "my", my health, my body, my choices. Charlie respects my choices that I make around my care and treatment of a chronic disease I have been dealing with for 40 plus years. There is a level of respect that she brings to a visit that is lacking in most encounters I have with medical professionals

I wish every person with my condition could receive the care that is provided by Charlotte (Charlie) Parsons and her team. She is kind and caring. She lays out the options and I can make informed decisions about my treatment. I feel that I am respected and my decisions are honored. I am truly blessed to receive care from someone as knowledgeable as Charlie and her team. I would drive 3 times as far just to receive the care that I get from Charlie and her team! 5 out of 5 stars, would highly recommend!
