I’ve had my braces for 5 years and I’m more than ready to get them off, but the past 3 visits I’ve been seen by Ashley and she’s the best!! Really good at explaining what they’re doing and just good at talking with us. Definitely makes the experience a lot better.

Comes across very unfriendly. Does not explain what is being done or the plan of treatment, that is all explained by his very knowledgeable and friendly assistant. I don't doubt his professional knowledge, but sems to definitely lack people skills

Dr. Redmond is always thorough and professional. He always answers my bazillion questions and concerns. The girls in the Ortho room are always so friendly and recognize me by name. Any time I need to call about something, whoever answers always takes care of my concern quickly.
