“Good direction to place to go wa...”

Good direction to place to go wait was not clear. Checked thru kiosk. But had to go and visit attendant for wait room location. Long line of people waiting to see the attendant. I also checked in online prior to my visit. Not sure why I communicate via once I am at the clinic and also give me directions. This is room for improvement.
