“Appointment was for 8:00AM. Did...”

Appointment was for 8:00AM. Did not see Dr. Mann until 8:55AM. Had to leave the room to ask if she had come in yet. When she did come in, sha did say sorry I was a little late. A little? I do not know what delayed her, perhaps she could not help it. But, a little?

“Dr. Mann is so incredibly caring...”

Dr. Mann is so incredibly caring and trustworthy. This has not always been my experience with doctors, and I'm so grateful and relieved to have found a physician I trust and feel comfortable seeing. She takes everything seriously and never makes me feel like I'm a problem or waste of time.
