“The doctor spent time with me an...”

The doctor spent time with me and reassured all of my worries on a first time colonoscopy. I mean jezz who wants to get that procedure done?!?! But he was calming and a professional. Not in a rush to move onto next patient (as most doctors are) he walked through the steps with me, answered all my questions, which I had many, and made me feel confident in going through with a colonoscopy. Again who wants to get this procedure done?!? No one! Yet the doctor made me realize the importance of it.
