Katie was very thorough, easy to talk with, and she provided me ample time for questions, as well as providing additional resources within the after-visit summary. I also loved that she told me to reach out to her via MyChart with any questions, and if she didn't reply pretty quickly, to put another message through, since sometimes things "get lost." She stressed the fact that, "You're not bugging me. If I haven't replied, it's probably because the message didn't get to me."
