Dr, Cabungcal is a very good and knowledgeable doctor. She takes good care of me. Even though I have moved to Greenville to Cypress Glen, a retirement community, I will continue to drive to Washington to see Dr. Cabungcal.

My doctor, Dr. Catherine Cabungcal is excellent and she provides outstanding care. She genuinely listens to my concerns. She guides me through what I can do to help alleviate those concerns. She offers wisdom and medical advice to help me make decisions about my health and well being. She adequately explains treatment options, risks and benefits. She even gives me ideas about recipes that will help me make better food choices! She really listens to me. I recommend Dr. Cabungcal and this facility to everyone, especially those that shares with me the issues they have with their doctor/health facility. And while I know the facility can take only so many patients, I wish everybody could have access to the facility and Dr. Cabungcal. I will say this again, she is the best doctor I have ever had, and this facility is one of the nicest, most respectful facilities I have ever used. I am really thriving under their care.

Every appointment has had a very long wait time. Every time, there's something said that makes me think there's been a misunderstanding. I switched from another practice in Winterville to have my pcp closer to my home, and also to have my care team all in the same network. I'm unhappy with the care I've received so far.

I love that Dr Carbungcal doesn't rush me through my visit but that means long wait times for me and for others. She is thorough but slow.
