Caroline is very attentive and listens carefully to my concerns or wins' in my treatment. I am thankful for her approach that allows me to choose how aggressive I wish to be on my treatment. She is patient and explains why a treatment may be offered as well as supplying quantitative data ( lab tests) to support the options. She does encourage follow ups to check on progress. I know she prefers in person appts, but from time to time the video is the best as I live over 3 hrs away from Menlo Park. She understands my specific health concerns and encourages me to take action toward improving.
