“Bad experience with Ms. Carol”
I scheduled the appointment for my mom two weeks ago for 10/01/14 at 5:45 pm. I left work early to make it on time, so I was there at 5:35. Another patient walked in at 6:15 and she was seen by Ms. Carol before my mom. 6:30 pm and finally a nurse called us and asked my mom for the visit's reason. My mom suffers from ear pain and painful arthritis in her thumbs. At 6:45 Carol entered the room and asked how we were doing, and I said that the waiting time was a little long and that the appointment was at 5:45. Carol started raising her voice and said: "I have not eaten, I have not used the bathroom and I woke up at 6 am and you just ruined my day!"
I told Carol I was not there to argue with her, all I said was that we waited too long and she saw another patient that came after us and that was not fair. She told me that "I do my schedule, not you!". I told Carol that my mom needed her service and there was no need to argue. Carol said:"I am done, I will not see your mom, go and find another doctor!" She went to the receptionist and told her to discharge my mom and not to have her in her list. We had no choice but leave. I had with me my 5 year old daughter too. It was terrible the way she treated us, she made me and my family feel very bad. She was so arrogant, and so unprofessional that it was a big mistake and a waste of time to go and have service from her. I would never, never, never recommend anyone to this practitioner nurse!
