I am so impressed with Dr. Richards. From the moment she walked into my hospital room, I felt that she was informed about my condition, very willing to listen to my history and easy to talk to. Once it was determined that surgery was necessary, she took a great deal of time explaining the procedure, possible outcomes and what recovery would be for me. I have never felt so calm going "under the knife" in my life! A week later at my follow-up appointment, she took all the time I needed to answer my questions and to give further instructions on my continuing recovery. My family and I are very grateful that Dr. Richards was on call at the hospital that day and treated me. Please pass along our sincere thanks to her. So grateful!
