“I felt completely listened to, u...”

I felt completely listened to, understood and was very satisfied with her thorough understanding of my multiple concerns after an unfortunate & worrisome couple of weeks. Regarding a new drug (approved via FDA In Jan. '25) that she was understandably not yet familiar with she committed to researching further and getting back to me. I was impressed by the time she allowed me (never felt rushed) and thoughtful responses. She also carefully reviewed previous Dr's notes.
