“She was caring & personable when...”

She was caring & personable when listening to my Issues. She was proactive in ordering labs that will be helpful for my upcoming rheumatologist appt in Jan. She was very knowledgeable & positive when we talked about options if I happen to be given a definitive diagnosis after further testing. She was also helpful when I had questions about my upcoming pain management appt too.
