“I have had this provider for 19 ...”

I have had this provider for 19 years, and he continues to be one of the top medical professionals I have been acquainted with. Specifically, during my last visit with him, I recounted a number of issues and observations. His clinical notes reflect every nuance of the conversation was represented there in writing. It's one thing to get all the exact clinical I started in T's crossed but it's another to capture the conveyance that the patient is expressing. Dr cover excels in all areas
