She treated me like a patient she has seen for years although this was our first visit. She throughly read my chart and we had a great discussion about asthma and my symptoms. She took time to find out which medication worked best for me and created a treatment plan to benefit me. She was confident that she could help me feel better and that gave me confidence in her. Finally, she told me to call immediately for an appointment and not wait like I did because she was hired in part to help patients with exacerbations.
