The doctor had pulled my records and reviewed them and was very prepared for my visit. This is remarkably unusual and I was very pleased she was so prepared.

“This was a second post op visit,...”

This was a second post op visit, a two year visit. This surgeon has provided complete, detailed, honest information to me at the clinical level (I am an RN) since the beginning of my surgical journey with her. She is skilled and I most certainly refer others to her. I was elated to hear that Lovelace now accepts my insurance as preferred provider. I had been seeing her out of network after she joined this group. Kudos to all for working that negotiation.
