This was a follow-up from an ER visit. Great listener, fast study, knowledgeable, and a creative thinker when it came to understanding what my issue might have been. I felt very comfortable talking to Britton and felt confident that she was working to get to the bottom of things. Almost a 1-hour visit- unheard of in my recent experience at S&W!
