Brittney Pohler was wonderful. She was straightforward and honest, while still being compassionate, caring, and respectful throughout the entire appointment. She clearly explained our options and the possible next steps, which helped us feel informed and comfortable moving forward. I also really appreciated that she included my husband in the conversation and made sure we both felt heard and involved. From beginning to end, she treated us with kindness and respect. I truly appreciated the care she provided and had a very positive experience with her.
