“My old PCP left the office, so s...”

My old PCP left the office, so seeing a new PCP is always nerve wrecking. She made sure she knew my medical history before coming in and suggesting tests she felt should be done. She also explained AND listened to everything I said very carefully. She had a lot of compassion and didn't make me feel embarrassed or nervous.

Dr. Cavanaugh and her nurse were so kind and very thorough in their care for me. Dr. Cavanaugh took a tremendous amount of time to listen to my concerns and address the issues. I felt heard. Her nurse was very personable and kind. I had not seen Dr. Cavanaugh before, but I am happy to have her as my new primary care provider.
