“I sincerely appreciate his askin...”

I sincerely appreciate his asking for my preference about the scheduling of the next appointment being in six months or a year. As I am a proactive person I preferred coming in six months and he was fine with that. His asking for my preference meant a great deal to me.

Dr.Wang was very empathetic and patient in describing to me the symptoms that I had a hard time explaining to him. He asked me over and over to describe what I really meant. I found that very helpful. I immediately knew Dr. Wang is the ENT I would trust.
