My provider, Brian Long did an exceptional job. He was professional, showed lots of patience and was thorough in removing the wax from both ears. The left ear was more difficult and complex because of the nature of the perforated ear drum. He showed extreme concern of any discomfort or pain I might be experiencing. Overall my experience with him was positive and I cannot believe the nature of this visit because for the first time in a long time I was seeing someone who cared and showed true concern towards the wax buildup In my ears. The entire experience was pleasant and encouraging that there are still good people on this earth. I just can't praise him enough for a job well done!
