I found Dr Johnston to be very confident, professional, and personable. This was all exhibited from the very beginning of our appointment by his punctual behavior and generous handshake. Dr Johnston seemed to be a good listener and managed to engage me during our first visit by asking my permission and opinion on how the wellness visit was to proceed. This made me feel like he respected my input and opinion. I found it very easy to open up to Dr Johnston. He managed to develop an immediate sense of trust by his personable and relaxed manner. I felt encouraged by his comments of how I appeared to him and how we were going to move forward with my care.

My experience with this doctor has been excellent. They take the time to truly listen to concerns and explain things in a way that is clear and easy to understand. I never feel rushed during appointments, and they always make sure all my questions are answered before I leave.The staff is friendly and professional, and the office runs efficiently, which makes the whole visit much less stressful. It's clear that patient care is a top priority here.I appreciate the doctor's thoroughness, kindness, and willingness to work with me to find the best solutions for my health. I feel confident in the care I receive and would absolutely recommend this practice to others.

Professional, competent, business like, but I wish he would exude more personal warmth, although that's not critical to the job at hand. He is an internist, I'm 84 and would prefer a geriatrician, but not as available currently so I will stay with him until the geriatrician becomes available at med provider.
