Brian listened to.me with patience, kindness, and respect. I was in a great deal.of pain and he was very careful to listen to me, gently asking me about the things I was saying. Eventually I calmed down and he explained that I needed to go to ER, and he helped me get there. I'm sure I was not the first patient he wanted to see on a Friday morning but he did not show any signs of that.I give Brian an A+++ for how well he worked with me. He was really incredible.
