First, I arrived at the Baptist parking lot at the time of my appointment, which meant I was late for my appointment. Nonetheless, your employees were courteous and pleasant. From the front desk employees to the nurse and finally Dr. Reichwage, everyone was wonderful. Also, I told several people at work [...] that Dr. Reichwage has the best bedside manner I have ever encountered and explained what I meant: He came in and sanitized his hands while introducing himself as "Brett" and holding eye contact. I thought that was clever and refreshing because patients are still going to use his title, as we ought. He then shook my hand with a welcoming smile, immediately putting me at ease. He asked me what had happened and actually listened. He expressed concern about and understanding of the pain I had experienced, although he had not yet suffered from [...] issues. Further, he explained what had caused the problem and said my body had healed itself. [...] He definitely made me feel much better. That was not due only to my confidence in him as a professional, but also as a human being. He took the time to put me at ease, and it didn't take much time at all. He really did a great job and left me feeling happy. [...]
