My provider referred me to the hospital for a test. I had the test the following day and am waiting for the provider to discuss the results with me.

The provider seemed rushed. He didn't go into much detail. He said I should apply a gel to my knee. I had the impression that it was a prescription and waited for the pharmacy to tell me it was ready. After I didn't hear from the pharmacy by the time they closed I called them the following morning. The pharmacy told me the gel was sold OTC. I feel like the provider should have told me this so I could have gotten started using it sooner.

Brett Hymas always listens and takes my experiences into account. At least twice, including this time, he has prescribed the medication we know works. In the past, other providers from Samaritan have not done so. They have prescribed other antibiotics which either were not effective for me or caused hives, My body is very sensitive to any kind of medication. Brett always takes my experiences into consideration and prescribes what he knows or I know has worked in the past. He uses his medical knowledge to prescribe what is best, taking my past experience with medications into consideration. He also listens and answers any questions I have. I really appreciate Brett.

He wanted to do X-rays on my wrist, when I asked if it would harm my baby due to being pregnant, he ignored me question, told me I had tendinitis & sent me on my way.
