Even though Dr. Shen has many many patients, she always knows me and my health situation. She sends me messages BEFORE our appointment regarding test results that we will discuss at our appointment. She is a very very good doctor - knowledgeable, practical, and excellent bedside manner. I was lucky to have found her and glad she has been my doctor for the past few years.

Dr. Shen always explains things thoroughly and listens to my questions. It's clear she cares about my health/wellbeing. However, the last appointment I had felt a little rushed. I had a couple of health questions that were a little rushed through. It's also hard to schedule an appointment with her. I tried to schedule my annual physical for next year and I had to schedule it for August when I typically schedule in July since all the morning appointments were already taken. I was surprised she was booked over a year out.
