Now that I have Dr Brenda Shen for my GP I feel like I have an outstanding team of doctors. I think it's great that all my doctors communicate with each other regarding my care. Dr Shen was so helpful in finding me and referring me to two new providers with regards to mental health and nutritional needs. Dr Shen listened to my concerns and discussed my care very thoroughly. When I left Dr Shen office I felt well taken care of and better informed. Dr Shen was kind and patient and allowed me the time to ask questions and then discussed things in a way that made me feel heard and understood. I am just so thrilled with my new GP and my entire health care team.

Dr. Shen is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.Also, the office was short staffed the day I was there. The receptionist did a great job checking patients in on her own. She was efficient and calm when there were several patients backed up to check In.
