“It was the first time I saw Bren...”
It was the first time I saw Brenda, and would love to see her again. I felt listened to, and Brenda took time to find my mammogram results and make a copy for me. She was helpful and took her time. Not once did I feel rushed. Brenda had a lovely bedside manner (for lack of a better word).
