Very impressed with the entire process. They called and scheduled an appointment and put me on the list to call if cancellations occur. I was called the next day to see if I could come in. The explanations and visual pictures of my back issues were outstanding. All staff were very kind and professional. Dr. Smith helped me to understand all my pain and treatment options. So far the injection seems to have lessened my pain.
