Dr. Payne is one of the best physicians currently employed at Texas Tech Physicians - Odessa. He has wonderful bedside manners and a great presence about himself. He is amiable and listens attentively to his patients. When visiting with patients, he does not rush and isn't afraid to consult with the patient and his superiors in determining the best course of medical action. I have thoroughly enjoyed being his patient and I wish we had more physicians in the area like him.
