“I presented with a few sick issu...”

I presented with a few sick issues - one of the issues was one that Dr. Powers indicated he would like to consult with his colleagues on. I was reassured and appreciated his aggressive treatment of the blister on my lip pending Covid and flu results - his jump with a prescription, I believe, slowed down the shingles breakout that it ultimately was diagnosed by in the ER.

Doctor asked appropriate questions, listened carefully, had targeted follow up questions and exam, and offered possible reasons for symptoms. He followed up through patient portal after additional research, with a working diagnosis, a prescription, a referral to a specialist, and requested a follow up appointment to assess the initial treatment. Excellent care by this physician.
