Dr. Kesser is an extraordinary physician! He's so warm, thoughtful and considerate. His manner, facial expressions, voice tone and volume show genuine concern when I report pain, discomfort, and/or troublesome issues. And when things are going well and there are no issues to report, he shows that he's genuinely happy about that for me. He asks key follow-up questions and is knowledgeable about such a wide range of related and correlating topics. He has a remarkably steady hand when it comes to my routine cleanings. It's so crazy, I can't feel the tools inside my ears that he is using to remove the debris. (Note: I've had the opportunity to see him with his students/residents and he is an exceptional teacher and mentor.) I've never had a questionable moment with Dr. Kesser. I assure you this isn't a given or the norm. I feel safe, respected and listened to during every appointment. I drive an hour and twenty minutes for my appointments, and I'd gladly drive further if needed.
