Before the call started with Bonnie, I was informed by someone who had called me to collect additional information that I should have called earlier in the day for an in person appointment as the clinic closes at 11 and this is not usually done via telehealth. I was unaware the clinic closed at 11 and while this is helpful information, the way it presented caused additional stress to an already stressful situation. I apologized to Bonnie when the call started and she seemed unaffected. I really appreciated Bonnie's reassurance and taking time to listen to my fears and concerns.
