By pure chance, we met Dr. Nguyen in 1990, thank goodness! As anyone who knows Kaiser's methodology, my husband and I were given a generic appointment for a severe problem. Dr. Nguyen exemplifies everything you would expect an old fashioned "family" doctor should be. He single handedly took my husband's case to the top and demanded immediate and expert care from his employers, when we had previously just been bounced around and mollified by the same system.
