“My appointment was scheduled at ...”
My appointment was scheduled at 11:30 and I was taken to an exam room on time, however the Doctor first came in for the exam at 12:45. I had no problem waiting because Dr. Erickson took such good care of me and spent time with me on previous visits, however someone on the staff should have checked on me or informed me that Dr. Erickson was delayed. This is an office problem, not a Doctor problem. Dr. Erickson is absolutely a top rated physician. I am very grateful for her skill and to be under her care.
