This was the first time I saw Dr Dektas and only because they had to cancel my originally scheduled appointment with Dr Gardner and wouldn't fit me in for the next 3 months (ridiculous). Dr Dektas was wonderful. She took plenty of time to see what I wanted to talk about. I wasn't rushed at all and all that she needed to do for my exam was done so quickly. I've never been seen at my actual appointment time before -I waited maybe 2 minutes after arrival. It turned out to be a blessing that they did nothing to accommodate canceling my original appointment. I was ready to leave the practice based on not getting a yearly reminder to schedule my appointment (which they've done for the past 25+years of me going there ) and not having availability for months at a time. Dr Dektas changed my mind about leaving the practice.
