I spent my entire adult life in the health care system. Dr. Neltner combines intellect, an up-to-date knowledge of Medicine, and unmatched genuine concern for others. He is the best primary care physician I have ever encountered, either as a patient or as a co-worker. His "all-in" approach places him at risk for burnout if he is not adequately supported and nurtured in his practice. Please take care of him, because his reputation is going to be the reason patients come, not the reputation of the health care system. I carefully researched this Physician before making my initial appointment about 3 years ago. Not only have I experienced his excellence first hand, this is the word on the street as well. Patients share with their friends and families because I've heard this myself. My wife used to tell me she heard people talk, and I saw a lengthy chat on Facebook not long ago after a man asked for recommendations for a primary care physician. Dr. Neltner's name was brought up repeatedly. I would like to have him as my doctor for a very long time. Please don't let him get away.
