“Very happy with my therapist”

I met Ben when he covered for my past therapist. I saw a difference in styles and really wanted to see if i could work with him. It worked out and I'm so glad it did! I feel comfortable with Ben and feel his style works for me. The therapy he uses was a bit new to me after 20 years of therapy and it is a fresh experience. I feel like i am making progress and that's the goal of therapy. He listens well, explains things clearly, doesn't mind re-explaining if necessary and makes me feel safe enough to deal with difficult things.
