I broke a couple of bones in my foot and was treated by Dr.Kamel. Dr.Kamel was very attentive, in a good mood and took the time to listen to my concerns. After my bones healed he sent me to physical therapy to recover from the muscle loss from being in a boot for 4 months. He made sure I was able to recover properly and then return to work.

Even though foot surgery was a very painful experience for the first month, the surgery turned out to be very successful. Dr. Kamel explained everything that was going happen and be done both during surgery and afterwards. My follow-ups went very well, and I've healed quickly and faster than expected. In addition, his Assistant, Julie, was very helpful, as well.

I began my visits with Dr. Kamel in the summer of 2022. What we thought may just be some tendon issues turned out to be a torn peroneal tendon. He listened, offered non-surgical interventions, and when those didn't work we ran further diagnostic tests and discovered the tear (which required surgery). The entire team from the front office at Garey Orthopedic, assistants and surgical team were fabulous. They followed up, always had a smile when they saw me, and seemed genuinely invested in my healing. Thanks to Dr. Kamel I am doing great and looking forward to wearing heels in the near future. If I could give Dr. Kamel and his care team more stars I would.

When I tore my Achilles playing sports I didn’t know where to turn as this was my first ever injury. I did my research and found Dr. Kamel when I was looking for a foot surgeon. After reading his bio and seeing his work. I felt comfortable making the appointment. His staff was really great with me and made sure I was taken care of! Once I was able to meet Dr. Kamel he was everything and more when it comes to someone that understands the situation and makes it happen. I was 3 months out to being married and be assured me that I will be able to walk without any assistance. And he kept his promise. If I had to do this all over again I would pick Dr. Kamel again. Thank you Doctor for all you did for me and help me walk again without doubting my future.
