“NP Ben was courteous, friendly a...”

NP Ben was courteous, friendly and listened very well to my request for help in solving my ear wax problem. I told him what I had done over the past couple of days to my ear. He devised a plan to check both ears, lavage the blocked ear and set up the staff to come back in and help solve the problem.
