“As I stated in a previous survey...”

As I stated in a previous survey, I really would like to see more "Specialists" take the time to explain situations and procedures the way Dr Breyer does. He exhibited a great amount of patience and compassion during my tenure as his patient. I greatly appreciated his care and concern.
