She knows her stuff for sure. She was very pleasant and easy to talk to. And, with no knowledge of horses she couldn't let a hospice horse go to slaughter, so she took the horse in and learned quickly. She has a beautiful big heart and a passion for the people she is helping at the clinic. I could just sense that genuineness.
