“This was a virtual visit with Dr...”
This was a virtual visit with Dr. Bresnahan so I didn't have contact with the staff or assistants just so you know. The virtual visit works very well for me each time and I appreciate being able to do it this way. The only draw back was the long wait for the visit to start - I was on the line for over an hour and I called in to make sure I was in the line up and that is when they told me she was delayed - they did not call me to inform me of her long delay. I had to call in. That is the only concern.
