I think anytime you are waiting for a biopsy you are aware there are no guarantees....but it is helpful and a bit reassuring when a doctor who is experienced can give an opinion based on their professional experience of what they think. I know you cannot assume anything and no test in confirmed until results are posted but it is helpful when a doctor gives their professional opinion. Sometimes that little bit can help a person breathe just a bit.
