“My provider, listen to my concer...”

My provider, listen to my concerns.And hopefully find solutions , and when it was time to do the exam, she walked me through what was going to happen and talked to me the entire time as to what was happening.

Dr. Norris Jacob is The best physician I have ever come into contact with. She is so kind, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed through my appointments. She kept in touch via the legacy portal to keep me updated on all of my test results And was quick to respond anytime I sent her a message. All of the clinic staff were lovely as well!

The doctor was informative, adressed my questions with care, and covered my options, potential risks and concerns, while also validating my experiences. Truly exemplary care. I felt heard, and seen, with the highest degree of care for the human I am, rather than just my condition. The doctor relieved a lot of my fear of the procedure, just by listening to me, and providing direct answers to my specific concerns.
