The doctor is amazing and so are her assistants. i had a nail that had dystrophy from an old injury and was previously told by another doctor and a dermatologist that the nail needed to be removed. I hesitated doing that and came here to get another opinion and to my pleasant surprise she had the answer and assured me that the nail did not have to come off. i got my full body check for skin cancer and my experience has been fabulous! I highly recommend Dr. Athena.

I came in a little earlier than my appointment even though I already filled out the initial paperwork online. The front desk was very nice. She verified my appointment and told me to be seated until the Dr was available. My name was called shortly after. Alex took me in to the room and did a pre screen questionnaire. Dr Athena came in and was very nice, she seemed to be very patient and willing to listen to my symptoms. She gave me multiple treatment options and made me feel at ease.

When you are being attended it is nice because everybody gives you the right amount of attention to make sure they are giving you what you need, unlike my previous doctor they take notes and keep track of your progress like taking a picture of before you receive the treatment, etc. Overall a good experience.

Dr. Theo is the only doctor who seemed to care enough to help my daughter with removing her mole on her face (chin) without distorting the shape of her face. They all said that the mole was too deep to remove without cutting it out. This however was not an option. I thank Dr.Theo for going as far as she did to come up with a solution to this problem. She treated her with a freezing treatment called Cryotherophy.

I am a first time patient at this provider. The doctor was very friendly as were the staff. The only thing that I did not like about this visit was my wait time. I had a 5:45pm appointment, and I wasn't seen until 7:05pm. I arrived for my appointment at 5:30pm. 30 minutes of my wait time was due to insurance issues, but the rest of the time was purely waiting. I will be coming for a follow-up visit in 4 weeks and will decide then if I will continue to come to this place. My time is very valuable and I expect appointments to happen when they say they will or at least within a good 10-15 minute grace period max. I am expecting my next visit to be a great overall experience.

After a few months, I asked her if there were something else that could help expedite the restoration of my hair lose and she evaluated my progress and started the PRP injection process and my hair started a more aggressive restoration. I would highly recommend Dr. Theo and her staff because they really care about their patience.

My experience with Dr. Theodosatos was wonderful. I was running late and was the last patient to come in to the office. I did not feel rushed at all and she took her time making sure my exam was complete and thorough. She had a very professional but down to earth demeanor.
