The care was excellent. When I booked an appointment, I expect the doctor to be available at that time. I can understand 10-15 delay. But almost an hour delay is not acceptable.

Dr. Nayak is my 3rd PCP visit in the past year at Overlake Clinics and by far the BEST ONE I appreciate her authenticity, as some of the previous providers seemed rushed and/or didn't seem to actually care nor were not nearly as thorough & concerned as she was.

“Loved her! All of me was new to...”

Loved her! All of me was new to her. I gave her complete history of my issues and she was the 1st dr. in approx. 20 yrs. who wanted to determine the room cause rather than treat the symptoms. Thank you Dr. Nayak!
