Dr Arora is always pleasant, he listens, assesses and comes up with a good treatment plan that works for me, the patient. He's thorough and I have a lot of confidence in him. His staff from start to finish was very pleasant as well. I talked with 2 of the nurses during the scheduling as we needed to move up my visit, and both were wonderful and took my concerns seriously.
