I was nervous about the condition of my ear, tired of not hearing due to the impaction, for nearly a month. Ashley made time for me in her lunch hour!!! I was grateful.Her expertise was calming, and I felt she listened to my problem intently, and as an individual, with a New Problem: My problem was her full attention and appropriate teaching. She persevered no matter how long It took and solved It! Thanks Ashley!!!
