My first few visits I didn't like Artem, but I grew to appreciate his care. He was the only provider who explained that suction is not wise for my sticky cerumen and therefore, manual cleaning is best, even if it is uncomfortable. I appreciate his expertise and efficiency in cleaning my ears.
