My son is a 30 yr old man w Down Syndrome. The doctor took time to explain the procedure completely and made sure that my son understood what to expect. The procedure went very smoothly.

“My first few visits I didn't lik...”

My first few visits I didn't like Artem, but I grew to appreciate his care. He was the only provider who explained that suction is not wise for my sticky cerumen and therefore, manual cleaning is best, even if it is uncomfortable. I appreciate his expertise and efficiency in cleaning my ears.
