Overall one of the most pleasant medical consultations I've ever experienced. Dr. Zamboni was great. He spent a great deal of time with me... much more than expected based on the reason for my visit. Same goes for the Receptionist and Audiologist.

While Dr. Zamboni is always personable, informative, and thorough, the wait time is excessive. Each appointment I have waited approximately 45 minutes in the waiting room, then an additional 10-15 minutes in the exam room. This is extremely difficult with work and feels a little disrespectful of my time. I make a point to be on time or early for the appointment and would appreciate the same courtesy. I also had an issue with the nursing staff recently. I called to refill a prescription following a fairly intensive surgical procedure. I was four days post-op, and the nurse treated me as if I had been abusing my pain medication. She asked how much I had really been taking and said if I was lucky someone would fill the prescription for me as Dr. Zamboni was not in that day. She also pointed out, rudely, that I should have filled my prescription when I had my splints taken out a few days before. I was in a lot of pain and did not appreciate being treated that way.
